I believe that technology implementations can only be successful if end users are involved from the beginning.

It’s important to discuss the pain points you need solving, and how we can fix them with technology. It’s also important to understand how your organisation operates, and suggest where and how technology can be used to help expand your reach, and keep your organisation secure.

I have nearly two decades of experience managing large software projects, from finance and payroll implementations, to non-profit case management systems. I have learnt a lot along the way, about what makes an IT project successful, and how to make them fun.

I prefer to use the Scrum agile method, to show results and get feedback quickly.
